Printing style :
1. Heat Press Machine
Heat printing, also known as heat transfer printing, is the process of applying heat-applied materials to various items with a heat press. Heat-applied materials contain a heat-sensitive adhesive on one side; when heat is applied by a heat press to the material, the material adheres to the substrate to which it is being applied. The end result is a decorated garment.
2. Silk Screen
Silkscreen printing, or screen printing for short offers a wide range of brightly colored inks and is often used for printing t-shirts, posters and other promotional materials. The process involves a design being laid on top of a screen (originally made of silk although a variety of materials are now used) which is coated with photo emulsion and exposed to light. The emulsion that is exposed hardens and the rest can be washed away leaving a stencil of sorts that ink can be pulled through using a squeegee.
3. Direct To Garment ( DTG Technique )
Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, digital direct to garment printing, digital apparel printing, and inkjet to garment printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified inkjet technology. The two key requirements of a DTG printer are a transport mechanism for the garment and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly and are absorbed by the fibers.
Embroidery is taking one piece of fabric and applying it on top of a foundation piece of fabric. The embroidery fabric is laid over the foundation as a block of fabric that is cut larger than the actual finished size. After the fabric is laid over the foundation, fabric stitches will be placed onto it, tacking it down to the foundation.
